2025 Poster Contest Brochure

The theme for the 2025 conservation poster contest is “Home Is Where The Habitat Is.” Habitats, both natural and managed, are the environment where a plant or animal grows and lives.  They support countless species, including our own, yet we often take them for granted. Humans impact millions of acres of natural habitats every year, threatening some of Earth’s most valuable ecosystems. This year’s theme, “Home Is Where The Habitat Is” calls attention to the importance of managing and preserving the world’s multitude of habitats for us and the future of our planet.

You can find resources at your school or public library. Books and local newspapers are great resources as well as the internet. Get guidance from your teacher or parents to find information on the internet about “Habitats.”
