NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING and AGENDA

The Bergen County Soil Conservation District (BCSCD) is a subdivision of State government, organized under the New Jersey Soil Conservation Act, NJSA 4:24-1 et seq.  As a public entity, all board meetings are subject to public notice and open to public attendance.  In accordance with N.J.S.A 10:4-18 Open Public Meetings Act, the BCSCD Board of Supervisors will hold an in-person public meeting on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the District Office at 700 Kinderkamack Road, Oradell NJ  07649. The BCSCD legal notice and meeting agenda will be posted on www.bergencountyscd.org at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
